I clearly understand that MEF cannot guarantee foreign teacher(s). Before a teacher can be confirmed MEF will require a deposit amount ($200 to $500) which is 100% refundable in the case MEF cannot match a teacher, the school does not accept the teacher(s) offered, or the teacher the school chooses does not come. A refund will be issued in any of those three cases. The school does not need to pay any other fees to MEF before the teacher arrives/starts training.
